Open Garden - Pedn Billy

Details: Explore the beautiful 12-acre gardens at Pedn Billy, overlooking Frenchman's Creek and the Helford River. Visitors can wander through ancient woodland, wildflower glades, terraced borders and specimen trees, while enjoying stunning views and local wildlife. The event also includes an art exhibition, plant and flower sales, information about local bats, and homemade cakes and refreshments. Children go free.

Awenek! The Great Cornish Heritage Festival

Details: A family-friendly celebration of Cornwall's heritage, culture and traditions. Enjoy live demonstrations, Cornish wrestling, storytelling, crafts, archaeology, mining displays, music, puppetry, children's activities and hands-on experiences. Families can discover traditional skills including blacksmithing, pottery, weaving, woodturning and stone carving, with experts on hand throughout the day.

The Great Cornish Cream Tea 

Details: Join Cornwall Hospice for a special community celebration and an attempt to break the Guinness World Record title for the largest cream tea party. Enjoy a traditional Cornish cream tea while helping to raise vital funds for Cornwall Hospice, supporting local people with terminal illnesses and their families. The event will also feature a pop-up hospice shop, raffle, merchandise and plenty of Cornish community spirit.
