Wraparound childcare is before and after school childcare for primary school aged children. This was previously known as breakfast and after school clubs. This care should be available every school day outside of regular school hours e.g. from 8 to 9am or 3:30 to 6pm during term time. Wraparound is generally run on a school site but other childcare providers such as childminders can also offer wraparound care.
