Access4ALL Scheme

Cornwall Council’s Family Information Service is proud to launch the Access4all Card — a new initiative designed to support children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and their families.

This card gives eligible families access to exclusive discounts and priority offers across Cornwall and nearby helping to make everyday life more affordable and inclusive.

Who Can Apply?

You can apply for a Access4ALL Card if your child or young person:

• Is aged 0–25,

• Lives in Cornwall, and

• Has a special educational need or disability

How to Apply

To request an Access4ALL Discount Card for children and young people with SEND between 0-25, please register your child/young person's details onto the Disabled Children's Record.
