St Piran’s Festival

Details: Celebrate Cornwall’s patron saint as Redruth comes alive for St Piran’s Festival 2026!

Celebrate Cornwall’s patron saint as Redruth, the heart of Cornwall, comes alive for St Piran’s Festival 2026!

Join locals, visitors, families, and friends around Redruth for a joyful celebration of Cornish culture, community, and renewal. With music, performances, and moments that bring people together, the festival reflects Gwenton – Cornish Spring: a time when Cornwall shakes off winter, the days grow lighter, and communities come together again to mark the change of season and the traditions that continue to shape Kernow.

Across the town, there’ll be plenty to explore throughout the day, with exhibitions, creative workshops, markets, and live music popping up in venues and spaces across Redruth. From browsing the creations of local makers and artists, to getting hands-on with spring-inspired activities, watching performances, or simply wandering between locations and soaking it all in, the festival spreads right across the town centre and invites everyone to take part in their own way.
