About FIS

Concerned about a child now?

Cornwall's Family Information Service (FIS)

is a free and impartial support service. It gives information on local services for children and young people. It is for children aged 0-19 years (up to 25 years with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, SEND). Children and their families can use this site to find childcare and things to do.

📅 Important Update:
2-Year-Old Funding – Your child may be entitled to 15 hours of funded childcare per week from the term after their second birthday if your family receives certain types of additional support. Applications can be submitted once your child is 1 year and 10 months old. For further information or to make an enquiry, please visit the Cornwall Council Parents Portal.
