This portal allows you to access Admissions, FSM eligibility and complete EHC referrals.

In order to access your SAM account you first need to have an account created by the Business Systems Support Team, this is done via a contact form which they will supply you. Please email the team on businesssystemssupport@cornwall.gov.uk if you do not already have an account. 

Once the account has been created you can then access this portal via the above link logging in with your credentials supplied. Please note your username will not be your email address.
